DIY this yourself by making your own poof/pompoms (like I did here)

I used this tutorial. I hung mine from the ceiling using command hooks - (the tiny kind for wires)

Tissue paper can be found super cheap...mine was 30 sheets for $1! You can also find a great variety of colors.
